Each note names its dataset and method version, states its evidence cutoff, declares its limitations, and carries an exact reproducibility statement. Notes are numbered, permanent at their URLs, and revised only by visible new versions — never silently.
Why Cloud Core Refused to Produce a Composite Score
A rigorous application of the Black Hole Index to cloud infrastructure reaches an identification boundary before reaching a composite score: eight of eleven parameters determined for all four providers, three Not Scorable from provider evidence — and the refusal to compute is the finding.
Portability Is Not Exit Capacity
